The Verdict: Who are you surveying?
The choice completely depends on your audience and the goal of your survey.
When to Choose Typeform
Choose Typeform if you are surveying customers or cold leads. If you are running a lead-generation quiz, a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey on your website, or trying to qualify sales prospects, Typeform is better. The engaging design drastically lowers bounce rates, meaning you'll capture more leads.
When to Choose SurveyMonkey
Choose SurveyMonkey if you are conducting serious research or internal surveys. If you are an HR team surveying employees, a student doing academic research, or a marketer analyzing complex demographic data, SurveyMonkey gives you the tools to analyze the data properly. Typeform's backend analytics are too elementary for high-level data analysis.
